About the Role
As a Business Consultant at Dentsu, you will be part of a consulting team responsible for achieving growth targets in Spain. Your primary objective will be to execute cross-functional projects according to project plans, working closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution
- Execute cross-functional projects according to project plans under the guidance of senior management.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations, collaborating with team members to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Support in structuring proposal narratives and presentations to effectively showcase Merkle's capabilities and solutions.
- Assist in ensuring proposals are coherent, clear, and aligned with client expectations and company offerings.
- Identify and develop offerings that dynamically respond to evolving market needs.
- Foster team growth and ongoing training to stay at the forefront of best practices and emerging trends.
- Advocate internally for the value and capabilities of our new team, actively collaborating with other functions to ensure organizational alignment and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Proven track record of success in strategic business development and consultative selling within the consulting industry.
