Job Title: Service Staff

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Service Staff to join our team at Holiday Inn Barcelona - Sant Cugat. As a Service Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and seating guests
  • Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar quickly and accurately
  • Familiarizing with the menu and available information to answer guest questions
  • Informing customers about daily specials
  • Ensuring efficient and safe delivery of food and beverage orders
  • Maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail
  • Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing cash handling and maintaining accuracy
  • Providing a positive and flexible approach to work

Requirements:

  • Accurate and efficient cash handling skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
