We are a dynamic and growing educational institution seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in inquiries

• Assist with sales of services and back office administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and Russian

• Valued skills in French, Chinese, and/or German

• Availability for 40 hours/week in rotating shifts, including weekends
