About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Staff Member to join our team at Holiday Inn Barcelona - Sant Cugat. As a Service Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu and be able to answer any questions guests may have.
  • Inform customers about daily specials and promotions.
  • Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the branded market.
  • Aptitude for hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate and efficient cash handling skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive and flexible approach to work, including weekend and evening shifts.
