Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Market Access Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our Market Access team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies for our oncology products in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market access strategies for oncology products in Spain, optimizing access and maximizing value communication.
  • Participate in brand teams, creating market access plans that integrate with marketing and medical plans.
  • Develop value communication tools and market access projects to support in-field jobs.
  • Anticipate challenges and opportunities, adjusting market access plans accordingly.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of drug programs and policies to support access in national and local initiatives.
  • Monitor market, competitors, messages, and pricing & reimbursement conditions.
  • Manage national and local access initiatives, developing cross-functional projects and supporting in-field Market Access teams.
  • Build solid value propositions and access communication strategies.
  • Develop effective working relationships throughout the Oncology BU and Access Team.
  • Identify, map, and profile key national, regional, and local market access stakeholders.
  • Create/build and maintain a solid network of professional contacts within the Healthcare / Market Access setting & key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant area (pharmacy, economics, health economics, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including high-level experience in market access in Spain.
  • Established and maintained external network.
  • Experience or knowledge on principles, methodologies, and tools applied in pricing, reimbursement, outcomes research, budget impact modeling, clinical trial design, regulatory affairs, brand communications, and other relevant areas.
  • Experience in delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish pharmaceutical market healthcare environment and competitive forces.
  • Experience in analyzing complex issues, utilizing strategic thinking, and implementing tactical plans.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work accurately with a passion for excellence & results.
  • Flexibility and dynamic approach being action-oriented.
  • Demonstrate business ethics and judgment to enforce internal controls to comply with the company's policies and procedures.
