Therapeutic Specialist Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Therapeutic Specialist to join our oncology franchise team. As a Therapeutic Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing patients and healthcare professionals access to our innovative treatment for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional and account business plans aligned to local cancer alliance national brand plan priorities for mTNBC.
  • Identify and map out patient referral journey pathways within the cancer alliances in your territory and facilitate patient access to treatment.
  • Achieve sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Work in partnership with Regional Market Access and Medical colleagues to ensure local access is in place for Gilead medicines.
  • Establish and develop business relationships with key customers, accounts, and relevant key opinion leaders, setting and achieving customer contact plans and delivering on related KPIs.
  • Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, speaker events, and other miscellaneous external expenditures.
  • Represent the company at professional events and promote company products at such events.
