Job SummaryThe Therapeutic Specialist will be responsible for providing patients and healthcare professionals access to our innovative treatment for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC). The successful candidate will have a strong scientific acumen, commercial mindset, and patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional and account plans to achieve sales targets in assigned territory.
- Identify and map patient referral journey pathways within cancer alliances and facilitate patient access to treatment.
- Work in partnership with Regional Market Access and Medical colleagues to ensure local access to Gilead medicines.
- Establish and develop business relationships with key customers, accounts, and relevant key opinion leaders.
- Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, speaker events, and other external expenditures.
- Represent the company at professional events and promote our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Scientific degree in Sciences, Pharma, or similar.
- Prior experience with solid tumors, especially in breast cancer.
- Strong understanding of targeted therapies and personalized medicines based on biomarkers.
- Excellent scientific expert knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with emerging data.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead and build working relationships internally and externally.
- Proven expertise in building relationships, influencing, and negotiating.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
