Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager Oncology to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Spain oncology portfolio. This role will design and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to equip the oncology team with advanced scientific and product knowledge, market insights, stakeholder engagement skills, and relevant capabilities to drive business growth across Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding and Continuous Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver blended onboarding and training programs for the oncology team, focusing on product knowledge, market dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and competitive positioning to ensure rapid integration and productivity.
  2. Training Materials Development: Create engaging training materials utilizing various training channels that deliver against defined business goals in oncology, including presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, role-playing exercises, and other formats.
  3. Continuous Education Initiatives: Implement continuous education initiatives to keep the oncology team updated on new products, market changes, and advanced selling and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Requirements

This role requires a strong background in training and development, with a focus on oncology and commercial excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with functional leads in medical affairs, commercial, and market access to understand training needs and business objectives.

The Training Manager Oncology will also work closely with the European Oncology Training & External Education team to ensure localization and adaptation of European training materials, tailoring programs to meet ES-specific training needs and content requirements.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Madrid, with the flexibility to travel to the field to deliver training as and when required.
