Senior Manager Marketing Oncology

At Regeneron, we're driven by a passion to transform lives through science. As a Senior Manager Marketing Oncology, you'll play a critical role in shaping our local commercial strategy in Spain and cluster markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, aligning with the global brand strategy and functional plans.
  • Lead the local brand planning process, including competitive analysis, identifying promotional opportunities, and developing customer-focused messages.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.
  • Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a science background.
  • A post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience in Oncology is highly preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events (15%).
