Senior Marketing Manager Oncology

At Regeneron, we're driven by a passion to transform lives through science. As a Senior Manager Marketing Oncology, you'll play a critical role in shaping our local oncology marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the local brand marketing strategy, aligning with global brand strategy and functional plans.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
- Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
- Manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a science background.
- Post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in Oncology is highly preferred, with a minimum of years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events (15%).
