Marketing Manager Oncology Lead

At Pharmiweb, we're committed to delivering life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases. As a critical member of our Oncology organization, you'll be responsible for leading our local oncology marketing activities in Spain and cluster markets. Your expertise will contribute to the global brand strategy, functional plans, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the local brand marketing strategy, including competitive analysis and promotional opportunities.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events (15%).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for science background.
  • Post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience in Oncology highly preferred.
