About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Oncology team at Sin nombre. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  2. Product Launch Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
  3. Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand strategies to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  4. Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  1. Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on product management and launch planning.
  2. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze key performance metrics.
  5. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
