As a critical member of the newly built ROW Oncology organization and a member of the Spain Oncology Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading Regeneron Spain's local oncology marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, contributing to the global brand strategy, functional plans, and budget.
- Local Brand Planning: Own the local brand planning process, including competitive analysis, identifying promotional opportunities, and developing customer-focused messages.
- Partnerships: Partner with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.
- Communication and Initiative: Communicate and act promptly, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and efficiency in complex, rapidly changing environments.
- Planning and Prioritization: Possess excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Integrity and Ethics: Exhibit strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
- Compliance Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations related to promotional activities.
- Results-Driven: Thrive in driving the results of a product and indication.
To be considered for this position, you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for a science background. A post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred. Experience in Oncology is highly preferred, as well as years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience. Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events 15%.
