Senior Manager Marketing Oncology

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the local brand marketing strategy, aligning with global brand strategy and functional plans.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Manage the local promotional budget, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in biotech/pharmaceutical brand marketing, with a strong understanding of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, rapidly changing environment, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and efficiency.
  • Post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred, with a science background a plus.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical brand marketing, with a strong track record of driving results.
