**Job Summary**

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our Oncology organization, you will be responsible for leading our local marketing activities in Spain and cluster markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, contributing to the global brand strategy, functional plans, and budget.
  • Own the local brand planning process, including competitive analysis, identifying promotional opportunities, and developing customer-focused messages.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Develop and manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.

**Requirements**

  • You can communicate and act promptly, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and efficiency in complex, rapidly changing environments.
  • Possess excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
  • Have a solid understanding of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations related to promotional activities.
  • Thrive in driving the results of a product and indication.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for a science background.
  • Post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
  • Years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events.
