About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Bts Group. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing Practice, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to create demand from clients using both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Design and execute social media strategies to create engaging content relevant to each region.
  • Manage monthly calendars, results, budgeting, and alignment with partners and agencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic direction for campaigns.
  • Supervise press publications to ensure relevance to the country and location.
  • Manage content localization to ensure relevance to each geography.
  • Manage the website for the region, partnering with the global website team to ensure regional and local content is highlighted.
  • Lead events across the region, including creation, planning, registrations, web, and follow-ups.
  • Execute and measure the impact of marketing in coordination with partners.
  • Collect, analyze, and report regional data for presentation and coordination through dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing management.
  • Experience in professional services marketing highly desired.
  • High levels of Spanish and English; ability to create content in both languages highly desired.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent, proven written and oral communication skills; experience with copy writing, case study writing, and other collateral creation highly desired.
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with senior leaders and experts.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.
  • Experience with press and event management.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot and other marketing software desired.
