**Job Title:** Senior Market Access Specialist
**Company:** Edwards Lifesciences
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Access Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing market access projects, developing and implementing market access strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- **Lead Market Access Projects:** Proactively lead and work seamlessly with business units on market access projects, including creating new therapeutic/device charge codes, obtaining pricing approval, and obtaining reimbursement approval.
- **Develop Market Access Strategies:** Develop and implement market access strategies to enable and improve market access of innovative therapeutic solutions for structural heart disease and advanced critical care technologies.
- **Build Relationships:** Build and maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare-related authorities.
- **Collaborate with Sales Team:** Collaborate with the sales team to develop local market access opportunities.
- **Identify Process Improvements:** Identify and evaluate market access process improvement and/or course correction/alignment opportunities.
- **Other Responsibilities:** Perform other incidental duties as required.
- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 4-10 years of previous related experience required; or Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field, 8 years of previous related experience required.
- **Experience:** Experience in government relations, sales, tendering, or pricing, reimbursement function, regulatory in multinational pharmaceutical or medical device companies required.
- **Skills:** Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to work in a matrix environment, and to work with governmental officials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required; ability to speak local language(s) preferred. Proven successful project management skills. Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint systems.
