About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Specialist to join our team at Dcl. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd/ 3rd line support for our clients' Single Sign On (SSO) / Federation and Multifactor authentication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for SSO, Federation, Reverse Proxy infrastructure, Apache servers, and associated components and applications.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operational support, performance, tactical lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the respective IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of Identity, Access, and Federation solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our support processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAML and OAuth protocols.
  • Experience supporting the Ping portfolio of solutions, including Identity, Access, and Federation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
