Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Attorney to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial contracts law, negotiating and drafting contracts, and managing complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contractual support for France and EMEA, ensuring that all agreements comply with TD SYNNEX's policies.
  • Manage complex legal issues and deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, including vendor contracts, customer contracts, and other commercial agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring that all contracts and internal systems and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the development of precedent contracts and forms, and maintain knowledge of data protection, competition law, and environmental law.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that legal services and support are provided to the business in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Attorney in good standing with 5 years of experience in commercial contracts law.
  • Advanced level of French and English language proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with guidance and support from direct manager and the Transactional group's management team.
