About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in advising our senior management team on all aspects of commercial contracts law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contractual Support: Provide contractual support for France and EMEA, ensuring that all agreements comply with TD SYNNEX's policies.
  • Complex Legal Issues: Manage complex legal issues and deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice to support business growth.
  • Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Negotiate and draft vendor contracts, customer contracts, and other agreements, ensuring that they meet the company's needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Precedent Contracts and Forms: Create precedent contracts and forms to streamline the contracting process and ensure consistency.
  • Legal Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts and business operations.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that the legal service and support provided to the business is of the highest standard, meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Maintain knowledge of data protection, competition law, environmental law, and regulatory compliance, and apply this knowledge to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Attorney in Good Standing: Be an attorney in good standing with 5 years of experience in French and English law, with a commercial background.
  • Law Degree: Hold a 5-year law degree from a certified educational institution (preferably in France) or a related degree.
  • Commercial Contracts Experience: Have previous in-house experience and experience in commercial contracts.
  • Language Skills: Have an advanced level of French and English language skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Possess high-level thinking and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
