About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Attorney to join our team at Werfenlife. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing legal support to our business units and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sound legal support to Werfenlife, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements related to venture capital investments, M&A deals, and other business transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide legal advice and support on various business initiatives, including due diligence processes, contract negotiations, and post-closing follow-up.
  • Manage budgets and coordinate with external lawyers as needed.
  • Hold regular meetings with team members and counterparties to discuss business opportunities and execution of deals.
  • Provide legal advice and support to the We Venture Capital team on post-closing matters, including reviewing board and general shareholders' minutes, potential additional investment rounds, and external financing.
Requirements
  • Education: Law Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on venture capital investments and M&A deals.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
