Job Overview

As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will serve as the local expert in people operations, delivering specialized advice to employees, business leaders, Strategic People & Culture Business Partners, and global Centers of Excellence on various human resource matters pertinent to the local market.

Your role will involve managing tier 2 level escalations in people operations inquiries, effectively addressing employee concerns.

As part of the Global People and Culture team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of P&C initiatives and fostering ongoing enhancements in people operations services, while also advocating for employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the Workplace Experience and Employee Experience teams.

  • Deliver specialized advice and insights on human resource topics tailored to the local market for employees, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and global P&C Centers of Excellence.
  • Manage and resolve tier 2 escalations in people operations inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Assist leaders with performance enablement actions, providing seamless guidance on performance enhancement, and coaching managers on Dynatrace values and behaviors.
  • Facilitate the execution of P&C initiatives such as recruitment, compensation, and talent development locally, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market requirements.
  • Proactively address employee inquiries related to people operations, providing support and solutions to improve the employee experience.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of people operations services by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with local site leadership on P&C activities, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Promote employee experience initiatives in partnership with the Workplace Experience and Employee Experience teams, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Global People Operations, highlighting key activities, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR or people operations, with a focus on providing expert guidance and managing escalations. Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
