N26 is seeking a highly skilled People Operations Specialist to join our Global People Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll processes in multiple European locations, working closely with an external provider to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee the global ticketing system, handling employee requests, employment contracts, absence, benefits, and payroll-related inquiries.
- Within Workday, our HRIS, you will be responsible for all processes and requests, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Own and continuously improve processes, identifying areas for automation and optimization.
- Manage projects in various People areas, introducing new tools, and streamlining processes.
- Support the implementation of processes and requirements based on local regulations, including benefits, policies, background checks, and visas.
- Cover administrative tasks while encouraging process improvements and operational excellence.
- 2-3 years of experience in People Operations or Payroll, with a strong understanding of labour law and payroll regulations across Europe.
- Experience with the full employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, performance cycles, leaves of absence, and off-boarding.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data independently.
- Strong customer service mindset and experience working with diverse communities.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English, with any additional languages a plus.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning.
