About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations professional to join our team at Google. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us revolutionize human resources and create a world-class workplace experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consultations and guidance on people-related topics, including reorganizations, compensation, talent management, team/leadership effectiveness, and change management.
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of HR programs and processes, working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance the employee experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to help them build their organizations and make informed people decisions based on data.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience working with multiple markets within the EU and ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights to inform people decisions.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others, with a strong focus on developing talent and driving employee engagement.
