Job Purpose

In this role, you will be the ambassador of the brand and will provide an excellent customer experience and satisfaction accompanying the future customer till the sale is concluded successfully, having the opportunity of having a significant impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
  • Be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.
  • Carry out the sales processes and always have your main focus on the positive experience of the client.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
  • French: C2 level.
  • High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets.
  • Customer-centric and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus.
  • Motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
