Our Client

Our client is a leading company in the hygiene, health, and nutrition industry, known for their commitment to protecting, healing, and nurturing the world. As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries and strive for first-contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
  • Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • High level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer

  • Temporary contract for 9 months with a 1-month probation period.
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week).
