Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled French Content Rater to join our team at Welocalize. As a French Content Rater, you will play a critical role in evaluating and rating various types of content in French according to predefined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and other online mediums.
  • Apply predefined criteria to assess the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content in French.
  • Rate content based on established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in assessments.
  • Provide detailed feedback on content quality, highlighting areas for improvement when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in rating decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in content guidelines to enhance rating accuracy.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting established deadlines.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Native-level of French (from France).
  • Deep knowledge of the French culture and society.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while reviewing content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital content platforms and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities.
  • Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is a plus, but not required.
  • Customer Service experience will be highly valuable.
