Job Title: Strategic Recruitment Sourcer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team at SGS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential data to support our Talent Acquisition Strategy, researching industry news and developments, and building and maintaining candidate pipelines and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to understand and identify current and future market conditions.
  • Be an advisor to our talent acquisition team regarding the marketplace and continuously improve the search strategy to deliver excellence.
  • Leverage existing resources (ATS, social media, job boards, and other open sources) to share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy.
  • Work on improving candidate experience by maintaining a close relationship to attract interested, qualified, and motivated potentials.
  • Proactively develop robust candidate pipelines across diverse business and functional areas for current and future hires using a multichannel sourcing approach.
  • Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.
  • Develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
  • Use candidate marketing for associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, and analytics tools.
  • Ensure our candidate database is up to date and holds all relevant candidate information.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer is essential.
  • Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
  • The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends.
