Customer Experience Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our international Customer Experience team based in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our European CX team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users and gym partners in Spain and Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and manage handover requests to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Deliver exceptional service by categorizing each interaction and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support all processes and operations.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and provide effective solutions and alternatives.
- Manage the CRM system and updates to maintain accurate customer records.
- Proficient/Fluent level of Italian, Spanish, and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and dynamic.
