About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our international Customer Experience team based in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our European CX team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users and gym partners in Spain and Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and manage handover requests to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service by categorizing each interaction and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support all processes and operations.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and provide effective solutions and alternatives.
  • Manage the CRM system and updates to maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
  • Proficient/Fluent level of Italian, Spanish, and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and dynamic.
