About the LocationThe Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is situated on the stunning Formentor Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. This historic property, originally opened in 1929, is currently undergoing restoration and renovation and is scheduled to open as a Four Seasons resort in 2024.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled bartender to join our pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, a creative approach to mixology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Elaborate signature cocktails and take initiative in designing unique drinks to meet guest expectations.
- Organize and control the operations of the bar, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
- Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage, and safety standards.
- Stock, re-stock, and organize retail items in the bar as needed.
- Assist with daily inventory and ordering.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
