About the Location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is a stunning property perched on the picturesque Formentor Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes. This historic property, originally opened in 1929, is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to reopen as a Four Seasons resort in the near future.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating signature cocktails and taking initiative to design new drinks that meet our guests' expectations.
- Organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
- Meeting all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage, and safety standards.
- Stocking, restocking, and organizing retail items in the bar.
- Assisting with daily inventory and ordering.
- Anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, and responding promptly to guest concerns and requests.
What You Bring:
Our ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional service, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in bartending is essential, and fluency in English and Spanish is required. The ability to multitask and work in a team environment is also crucial.
