About the location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is situated on the breathtaking Formentor Peninsula, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes.
This historic property, originally opened in 1929, is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to reopen as a Four Seasons resort in 2024.
About the role:
We are seeking a skilled bartender to join our pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks to our guests.
The main duties of this role include:
- Creating signature cocktails and taking initiative in designing the perfect drink to meet our guests' expectations.
- Organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar.
- Meeting all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage, and safety standards.
- Stocking, re-stocking, and organizing retail items in the bar.
- Assisting with daily inventory and ordering.
- Anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, and offering suggestions, and responding promptly to guest concerns and requests.

Our ideal bartender has a passion for delivering exceptional service, creating memorable experiences, and demonstrating the finer touches of luxury service.
This role requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask is essential, and previous experience in bartending is required. Fluency in English and Spanish is also necessary, and the legal right to work in Spain is required.
