About the role:
As a bartender at Four Seasons, you'll have the opportunity to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests. You'll be responsible for crafting signature cocktails, managing the bar operations, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. If you're passionate about mixology and have a flair for creativity, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Elaborate signature cocktails and take initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.
Responsibility for organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar.
Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage, and safety standards.
Stocking, re-stocking, and organizing the retail items in the bar needed.
Assisting with daily inventory and ordering.
Anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction, and offering suggestions, and responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
What you bring:
Our ideal bartender has a passion for providing exceptional service and can connect with guests by creating experiences, memories, and demonstrating the finer touches of luxury service. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required. Previous experience in bartending is also essential. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish
