Job Overview
Troop is seeking a People & Culture Director who will spearhead the development and execution of our remote operating model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global teams across multiple time zones, particularly in the US, UK, Spain, and South Africa. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our people strategy, ensuring our HR policies and practices align seamlessly with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable remote policies, procedures, and frameworks to support a fully distributed, multi-timezone workforce within our main hubs.
- Ensure that remote work practices are effective, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and well-being in a remote work environment.
- Collaborate across departments, including with finance and operations teams, to ensure alignment between people processes and overall business objectives.
