As a Sales Development Manager at Remofirst, you will build, manage, and scale a high-performing SDR team across multiple regions, driving pipeline and revenue growth.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with experience in the EOR industry and proven success in managing sales development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a global SDR team with a focus on performance and development.
  • Own the talent funnel and new SDR hires, bringing good talent from your network is encouraged.
  • Develop and implement SDR strategies to drive qualified pipeline and growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth lead transitions.
  • Employ appropriate tech-stack to find, enrich, and reach out to leads.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and team success.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years total in sales or business development, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the EOR or global HR services industry.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling SDR teams.
  • Hands-on attitude, you are able to trial and execute your own processes.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification.
  • Experience with buying signals for international hiring plans is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with remote teams.
  • Based in EMEA or APAC, with flexibility for global time zones.
