The HRBP will partner with the Head of HRBP Grid Integration and the different BU Function leaders to drive transformation and growth, implement HR focus areas on talent development, and ensure relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Solutions: Partner with managers and employees to understand current issues and provide effective solutions.
- HR Process Implementation: Oversee implementation of HR processes for direct reports and global teams to ensure compliance with Group policy and guidelines.
- Organizational Design & Developments: Support the implementation of the operating model and optimize organization structures and principles.
- Skill development and Learning: Support development actions in line with Grid Integrations Career Journey to drive function excellence.
- Leadership Culture & Talent Management: Identify and build talent bench strength together with leaders in the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of Human Resource generalist experience, including experience in a global, multi-national matrix environment.
- Strong track record and passion in operationalizing transformation, organizational and talent development.
