Student Accommodation Specialist

EF Malaga is seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Accommodation Specialist to join our Housing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and welcome new students on arrival, ensuring a smooth transition to their new environment.
  • Assess student satisfaction and handle any issues related to student welfare, working closely with students, resident advisors, and host families.
  • Communicate effectively with international sales offices regarding logistics and student discipline.
  • Promote and sell our homestay program, host family recruitment, and student placement in host families.
  • Enforce school rules and policies at residences and host families, managing and following up on student discipline issues.
  • Manage school administrative processes, including processing invoices, relations with suppliers, and expense department control.
  • Organize students' airport transfers and share emergency on-call duties with other permanent school staff.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hospitality or education is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree and fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and English are required.
  • 2-3 years of operational experience and sales-oriented skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet long-term goals is crucial.
