Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team at Kids&Us Language School. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our English education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in class preparation, student evaluation, and other events.
- Conduct regular progress checks and provide feedback to students and teachers.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials and assessments to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our English language courses.
Requirements:
- Teaching experience with Kids&Us Language School or similar institutions is highly valued.
- Head of studies experience or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Advanced or proficiency level in English (C1 or higher) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
