About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team at Kids&Us. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of education for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teacher Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to teachers in class preparation, student evaluation, and other events.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress, attendance, grades, reports, and development.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments at the end of each trimester/story to evaluate student progress.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous training to ensure excellence in your work.
  • Course Promotion: Assist in promoting Kids&Us courses to new customers.
Requirements
  • Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience with Kids&Us (from Mousy 1-year-old to Teens and Tweens levels) is highly valued.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience as a Head of Studies is an added advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess an advanced or proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
  • Certification: Hold a clean Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
  • Personal Qualities: We seek a team player who excels in multitasking, organization, and has an excellent memory.
  • Soft Skills: Ideal candidates are customer service-oriented, creative, proactive, resourceful problem solvers, and tech-savvy.
