About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless support and high-quality service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with company products and services, and provide feedback to improve customer support processes.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Danish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT platforms and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
