Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior team members, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Danish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong background in the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT platforms and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
