Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at CareerXtra. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management.
  3. Handle and resolve client complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  4. Accurately document client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless problem resolution.
  6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to offer effective and relevant support.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and recommend solutions.
Qualifications Required:
  1. Fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish.
  2. Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
Preferred:
  1. Experience in a customer support role within a tech or service industry.
  2. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures.
