Position Summary: As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our guest relations team, offering exceptional assistance and support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. Your main goal will be to uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and adept problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information regarding park attractions, events, and facilities to enhance guest experiences and ensure maximum enjoyment.
  • Assist guests with ticketing, reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring smooth transactions and prompt service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues satisfactorily for all parties involved.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Stay informed about park policies, procedures, and safety regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and tourist sites is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of 22k gross/year.
  • Annual bonus potential of 2K gross/year.
  • Permanent contract with a 39-hour workweek.
