About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nordsbroad. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Assist customers with booking accommodations, meals, and recreational activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • Good level of English is also welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a valuable asset.
What We Offer
  • 39 hours per week.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary: 22K gross + 2K bonus.
  • Beautiful offices in the center of Barcelona.
