Dutch Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nordsbroad. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
- Assist customers with booking accommodations, meals, and recreational activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
- Good level of English is also welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a valuable asset.
- 39 hours per week.
- Permanent contract.
- Salary: 22K gross + 2K bonus.
- Beautiful offices in the center of Barcelona.
- Starting date: ASAP.
