Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily operations by managing customer interactions via phone and email.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Support drivers and passengers by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Aim for first-contact resolution to efficiently address customer queries.
  • Adhere to internal processes to resolve issues and implement recommended actions.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of CPM International and its core values.
Qualifications:

What You Bring:
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a contact center environment.
  • Empathy and patience, particularly in supporting diverse customer needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly to provide effective support.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to achieve optimal outcomes for customers.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
