Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communication Partner to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our communications function, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's image and maintaining consistent messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement an effective communication strategy aligned with the company's brand and goals.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute content such as publications, press releases, website material, and annual reports. Craft speeches and other marketing content that communicates the organization's activities, products, and services.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with journalists. Develop a content media strategy and plan. Design, production, and post-production of innovative communication media (e.g. videos, podcasts).
  • Project Supervision: Ensure all content is publication-ready. Monitoring, conducting impact analyses, and formulating suitable communication measures for internal and external communication channels and initiatives. Collaborating in the planning, organization, and implementation of online and offline events.
Requirements
  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in communications science, business management, marketing, or a similar field of study.
  • A keen interest in and a natural inclination toward technical subjects and communication-related topics.
  • Able to work independently and proactively contribute your own creative ideas.
  • Experience in media relations management, content creation, project management, and event management.
  • Experience in strategic planning, campaign management, performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of social media channels and foundational knowledge of web analytics.
  • A genuine passion for writing and a strong command of visual language.
  • Proficiency in MS 365.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Able to start immediately.
