As a Communication Business Partner at Siemens S.A., you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's image and maintaining consistent messaging. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement an effective communication strategy aligned with the company's brand and goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company's brand and goals
* Create engaging content such as publications, press releases, website materials, and annual reports
* Craft speeches and other marketing content that communicates the organization's activities, products, and services
* Establish and maintain relationships with journalists and develop a content media strategy and plan
* Design, produce, and post-produce innovative communication media such as videos and podcasts
* Ensure all content is publication-ready and monitor, conduct impact analyses, and formulate suitable communication measures for internal and external communication channels and initiatives
* Collaborate in the planning, organization, and implementation of online and offline events

Requirements

* Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in communications science, business management, marketing, or a similar field of study
* A keen interest in and a natural inclination toward technical subjects and communication-related topics
* Ability to work independently and proactively contribute your own creative ideas
* Experience in media relations management, content creation, project management, and event management
* Experience in strategic planning, campaign management, performance analysis
* Knowledge of social media channels such as X, LinkedIn, etc., and foundational knowledge of web analytics
* Genuine passion for writing and a strong command of visual language
* Proficiency in MS 365
* Very good command of English
* Ability to start immediately
