About the Role

Siemens is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communication Partner to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Smart Infrastructure division, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's image and maintaining consistent messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement an effective communication strategy aligned with the company's brand and goals.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute content such as publications, press releases, website material, and annual reports.
  • Crafting Key Messages: Craft speeches and other marketing content that communicates the organization's activities, products, and services.
  • Editorial Planning: Plan and produce content for Siemens' internal and external social media channels, and internal newsletters.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with journalists.
  • Project Supervision: Ensure all content is publication-ready.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor, conduct impact analyses, and formulate suitable communication measures for internal and external communication channels and initiatives.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate in the planning, organization, and implementation of online and offline events.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in communications science, business management, marketing, or a similar field of study.
  • Skills: A keen interest in and a natural inclination toward technical subjects and communication-related topics. Able to work independently and proactively contribute your own creative ideas.
  • Experience: Experience in media relations management, content creation, project management, and event management. Experience in strategic planning, campaign management, performance analysis.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of social media channels and foundational knowledge of web analytics.
  • Language: Very good command of English.
