We are looking for a Communication Coordinator for our ECA team, responsible for ensuring effective and comprehensive internal communication for our Trouw Nutrition brand. About The Role: Uniting Teams Around Common Goals
Key Responsibilities: Maintaining the ECA communication channels, including Nutranet (Nutreco's intranet), Viva Engage, newsletters, and other specific internal platforms, ensuring they are current and accurately reflect the initiatives of all teams across Europe and Central Asia (approximately 1300 employees). Overseeing our communication network across different countries in ECA to ensure relevant information flows seamlessly within local teams. Actively engaging with various stakeholders and the Global Communication Team to comprehend and support strategic and cross-functional initiatives and projects, assessing their impact on ECA and proposing communication strategies to facilitate implementation.Skills and Qualifications
Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in communication or a related field. At least two years of experience in internal communication, preferably within a global context. Proficiency in English with the ability to effectively communicate and network with business partners and stakeholders. Experience in event organization is a plus.
