Our Purpose

In the role of Quality Lead, you will be instrumental in defining, advocating for, and upholding quality benchmarks and methodologies to guarantee the successful delivery of superior iGaming products in partnership with our diverse teams.

This position is tailored for a dynamic and experienced quality expert who excels in a cooperative and inventive atmosphere, and is committed to fostering continuous enhancement throughout the entire product development process.

A profound comprehension of the iGaming sector is advantageous, as your knowledge and expertise will be vital in customizing and advancing our Quality strategy in accordance with industry norms and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership

Offer strategic guidance in the quality domain, formulating and executing comprehensive strategies to integrate quality throughout the product development process. Lead and direct the quality engineering team, ensuring the application of best practices and compliance with quality standards. Assist in establishing quality objectives as part of our product portfolio health and platform advancement strategy.

Continuous Improvement

Mentor the quality engineering team, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning, enhancement, and excellence. Propel initiatives aimed at the continuous refinement of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Regularly assess and enhance quality workflows for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability. Proactively recognize and resolve potential quality challenges, conducting comprehensive root cause analyses and implementing preventive strategies. Advocate for the adoption of agile principles throughout the product development process.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly incorporate agile quality principles and practices into the product development process. Engage in the complete product development lifecycle of our offerings to identify and rectify potential quality deficiencies and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical issues. Participate in proof of concepts to assess new technologies that can be embraced by our teams following industry agile quality principles.

Qualifications

Quality Expertise

Extensive background in the quality field with a proven history of executing effective quality strategies. Profound knowledge of quality methodologies, tools, and best practices within the industry. Strong understanding of how to implement agile quality principles in contemporary product development. Significant experience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles, including CI/CD. A genuine enthusiasm for product development processes, methodologies, and technologies.

Leadership and Collaboration

Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, with a talent for working effectively in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Strong leadership capabilities with the aptitude to guide, motivate, and mentor a team of quality engineers.

Analytical Skills

Robust analytical mindset with the capacity to dissect complex issues and propose viable solutions. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Technical Proficiency

Solid experience with various approaches and stages of quality. Strong background in NFR testing, including performance, security, and scalability. Comprehensive knowledge of testing technologies, automation frameworks, and software engineering.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

Proactive in keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the quality domain. Ability to introduce innovative strategies to enhance the overall quality of iGaming products. Passionate about continuous improvement, with a critical perspective on current processes and excellence. Capability to initiate, recognize, and manage change.
